General Cleaning and Care

Hand wash only with warm soapy water

Do not let soak in water

Towel off immediately and allow to air dry on all sides

Never wash in dishwasher

Apply food grade mineral oil and/or mineral oil beeswax mixture regularly

Deep Cleaning and Deodorizing

Rub course salt into the board with a lemon, rinse with warm water and towel dry

Sprinkle with baking soda and rub with a lemon, rinse with warm water and towel dry

Spritz with 50/50 vinegar water mixture and rub in
