Double Sided Edge Grain Cutting Board

Hand-crafted, double-sided edge grain cutting board.  Boards will vary in coloration and design due to the variations in the wood grain. The sizes are approximate and will vary slightly. 

Each board starts with rough sawn lumber and is planed flat, cut into strips, glued up, planed flat again, crosscut, and glued up another time. Then sanded up to 400 grit sandpaper and finished with multiple coats of food grade mineral oil and a final coat of mineral oil/beeswax mixture.
